DEBBIE DAVIDSON
My Journey
Stepping away from my role as a senior nurse within the NHS marked the beginning of an extraordinary chapter, taking me beyond traditional healthcare. While navigating life’s challenges, I unexpectedly discovered a natural talent for energy healing.
This journey allowed me to combine scientific knowledge with body-based techniques, enriching my understanding of well-being in ways I never thought possible.

During my nursing career, I experienced moments that deepened my connection to the mind-body relationship. One such moment involved a patient in severe pain; simply holding her hand seemed to help her relax, and she later reported her pain had vanished. Experiences like this sparked my curiosity and led me to explore energy healing more deeply.
Fascinated by the connection between mind and body, I deepened my studies internationally: in India, gaining hands-on experience with a healer; in Bali, working as a healer and becoming certified in yoga and meditation; in Mexico, training as a Kundalini Activation Facilitator; and in Thailand, studying Taoist energy practices with Mantak Chia.
Through these immersive experiences, I explored diverse wellbeing practices, deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection, and developed the skills to help individuals restore balance, support overall health, manage stress, enhance clarity, and build resilience.

I chose to volunteer my healing skills at Re-Co in Newcastle, UK, a recovery centre for mental health, and within just under a month I had a waiting list of people keen to see me. I then spent time in the Philippines at Bahay Kalipay Retreat, offering body based healing sessions and teaching yoga at Bodi Yoga Center. During the pandemic, I worked at Seasons in Bali, supporting individuals recovering from alcohol and drug addiction.
My journey as an energy healer has taken me across the world, learning from many cultures and healing traditions. These experiences have enriched my practice, enabling me to offer a uniquely versatile and compassionate approach to those seeking support.
As a former senior sister in the NHS, I combine the wisdom of body-based healing techniques with a deep respect for the body’s innate healing intelligence. Whether you seek relief from physical discomfort, emotional challenges, or a greater sense of purpose, my mission is to empower individuals to support their overall health and wellbeing using practical techniques that complement medical care, reduce stress, and strengthen resilience.
